Once registered, complete your profile details so you can make bookings or publish your accommodation.
We recommend using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. You can enable two-step verification from your account settings for extra protection. If you forget your password, click Forgot your password? on the login screen and you will receive an email to reset it.
At Alohando, trust is the foundation of our community. That is why all hosts, co-hosts and guests must verify their identity before making or accepting bookings. The process is simple: just upload a photo of your official ID (national ID card, passport or driver's license).
Your document is treated with complete confidentiality — we do not share it with hosts, guests or third parties. Its only purpose is to confirm that you are a real person within our community.
Before searching for accommodation, complete your profile. Hosts review a guest's profile before accepting a request, so make sure you have a profile photo and a verified ID. A complete profile increases your chances of approval.
Enter your stay dates and the number of guests to see exact prices and real availability. In each listing, carefully review:
If you have questions, message the host directly — they usually respond within 24 hours.
If you contact a host about specific dates, they may respond with an invitation or a special offer that lets you book immediately at a special price. These offers are time-limited, so act fast when they arrive!
Listing your accommodation on Alohando is free. The type of accommodation you offer is entirely up to you: an entire place, a private room, a B&B, a cabin or a unique space. You can choose to welcome guests in person or set up flexible access for any arrival time.
Alohando experiences bring people together through activities like classes, tours, tastings, concerts and much more. If you have local knowledge or a special skill you want to share, you can become an experience host.
Before publishing, make sure your experience meets our quality standards and that you are familiar with applicable local regulations.
